Weekly Schedule

Classes are $10 dropin, unless otherwise stated. Membership for unlimited yoga is $85 per month (excludes workshops). New students can try unlimited classes for a week for $25. Teachers, first responders, and military receive a 20% discount on memberships. Reach out to the studio for information. Please sign up in advance to reserve a spot. We cancel classes that don’t have anyone enrolled one hour in advance.

Sundays

Yoga Flow (9:00-10:00am) Move through strength poses, followed by balance and deeper stretches. The pace is moderate and extensive guidance is offered. Suitable for all levels. Jessica.

Deep Stretch (6:00-7:00pm) Active and passive stretches target the muscles and the long fascia lines. You hold most poses for 1-3 minutes while relaxing the mind and body. You do *not* need to be flexible to take this class. This class will help you develop flexibility. Suitable for all levels (Beginner-Friendly). Selina.

Mondays

Easy Does It (9:00-10:00am) This class is open to everyone and is particularly suitable for the 55+ community. Includes breathwork, light movement for mobility, light balance poses (option to use a chair as a prop), and deeper stretches. It is great for people who suffer from arthritis, spinal stenosis, scoliosis, sciatica, and hip, neck, and shoulder problems. Suitable for all levels (Beginner-Friendly). Nancy.

Yin Yoga (10:30-11:30am) Target connective tissues by holding stretch poses for 3-5 minutes. Breath and sound help reduce stress and anxiety. Props are used to help beginners find a stretch. Suitable for all levels (Beginner-Friendly). Nancy.

Slow Flow (6:30-7:30pm) Flow through stretch and strength poses at a slow pace to explore postures and seek your edge. New students find that Slow Flow is a great practice to get to know the poses. More experienced students can refine and deepen their practice in slow flow. Suitable for all levels. Laxmi.

Restorative (7:45-8:45pm) A restful form of yoga where you are fully supported with props, holding the pose for several minutes. Restorative yoga relaxes and balances the nervous system helping to improve sleep, digestion, and immunity. Restorative yoga also allows for your mind to quiet so that you can pay more attention to how you feel in your body. Who could benefit from Restorative yoga? Anyone who needs to practice patience within themselves or their situation. Restorative yoga is also good for those who are constantly 'on the go'. It is a great example of Self Care, allowing yourself to take that hour for You. A restful practice with long, passive stretches. Props are utilized to encourage deep relaxation. Tuesdays

Yoga Flow (7:00-8:00am) Start your day with intention, movement, and breath in this energizing early morning class. It’s the perfect way to wake up your body, clear your mind, and set the tone for the day ahead. One breath-one movement is intertwined with longer holds. The class closes with a crystal singing bowl–infused savasana to leave you grounded, refreshed, and ready for whatever comes next. Stephanie.

Core Yoga and Balance (6:15-7:15pm). Poses and sequences are designed to help you access and understand your core to improve balance and stability while connecting the mind and body. After a brief stretch, we will strengthen the core (abs, back muscles, glutes) and flow through balance poses to engage the core and find stability. Repetitive sequences are set to upbeat, motivating music. Stephanie.

Wednesdays

Pilates (12:00-12:50pm) A mat-based practice that strengthens muscles while promoting flexibility and mobility. Suitable for all levels (Beginner-Friendly). 50 minute class. Dru.

Gentle Flow and Stretch (6:15-7:15pm) Unwind and rejuvenate with a harmonious blend of therapeutic movements followed by deep stretches. This soothing practice combines slow transitions with mindful breathwork to reduce tension, enhance flexibility, build strength, and promote inner peace. This class offers a gentle and accessible way to restore balance in both body and mind and leave feeling refreshed and centered. Suitable for all levels (Beginner-Friendly). Selina.

Fridays

Slow Flow (9:00-10:00am) Flow through poses at a slow pace to explore postures and seek your edge. New students find that Slow Flow is a great practice to get to know the poses. More experienced students can refine and deepen their practice in slow flow. Suitable for all levels. Barb

Yoga and Sound (6:30-7:45pm). Every other Friday, we offer Sound + Surrender, a class that includes Yin Yoga (stretching) and the soothing sound of Crystal Singing Bowls. On the Opposite Fridays, we offer Slow Flow and Sound where you begin with yoga and end with a sound bath. Suitable for all levels (Beginner-Friendly). Jennifer or Nicole.  

Saturdays

Warm Power Flow (8:30-9:30am) One-Hour, fast-paced Yoga class in a WARM, 80+ degree room with powerful poses, complex transitions, and BUMPIN' MUSIC!!  Improve strength, flexibility and endurance through this fun, dynamic class.  Suitable for intermediate & advanced practitioners. Sara.

Bliss - 75 Minutes (10:00am-11:15am). A gentle, restorative flow, perfect for all levels & ages. This class begins with grounding and centering in mindfulness through guided meditation and breathwork. It gently builds through stretching and simple yet beautiful sequencing, balance practice and final deep stretch set to music intended to relax the body & mind. 75 rejuvenating minutes of mindful movement. Suitable for all levels (Beginner-Friendly). Sara.

If you’re looking for a welcoming, very professional, knowledgeable and fun yoga studio then Sweet Peace Yoga Studio is for you. When I leave my classes my energy level increases while my tension level decreases; my flexibility, balance and stiff back has all improved. A sense of calm takes over the minute I enter the studio and I’m ready for what’s ever out there when I leave the session... I highly recommend this studio and their wonderful instructors for people of all skill levels who are looking for a “yoga” home!
