I am new to yoga, which classes should I take?
We offer beginner-friendly classes and can help you choose one that’s right for you. Look for classes labeled “All Levels” or “Beginner.” Classes for beginners include Bliss, Easy Does it, Gentle Flow and Stretch, Deep Stretch, Restorative, and Slow Flow
I am a season yogi, which classes should I take?
We offer a variety of dynamic classes like Ashtanga, Yoga Flow, and Warm Power Flow to challenge and energize you. To support balance and recovery, we also offer gentler practices such as Yin and Deep Stretch.
What should I bring to class?
Just bring yourself, a water bottle, and any props you enjoy using. We provide mats, blocks, straps, and bolsters if you need them.
What should I wear?
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. No shoes or socks are needed on the mat.
Do I need to sign up in advance?
Yes, we recommend signing up in advance to reserve your spot. Walk-ins are welcome when space allows. Please note that classes without any sign-ups one hour before start time will be canceled—so be sure to register early!
What if I am not flexible?
Perfect! Yoga is not about being flexible—it’s about building flexibility, strength, balance, and awareness at your own pace.
What is reiki and how does it work?
Reiki is a gentle, energy-based healing practice that promotes balance, relaxation, and well-being. It is done fully clothed and involves light touch. Learn more here.
Can I book a private yoga or reiki session?
Yes! We offer private sessions tailored to your needs. Contact us to schedule. Learn more here.
What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask that you cancel group classes at least one hour in advance, and workshops or private sessions at least 24 hours in advance. When canceled within these windows, the amount will be credited to your studio account for future use. No-shows for private sessions will be charged in full.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! Gift cards are available at any amount and can be used for classes, private sessions, or workshops. You can purchase a gift card here.
Where are you located and where do I park?
We are located at 1 Main Street in Cramerton, NC. Parking is available in front of the studio, with additional overflow parking behind the building and across the street.
What is your policy about late arrival?
We kindly ask that you arrive 5–10 minutes early to allow time to set up and settle in. We understand that delays happen—if you arrive late, please enter quietly, as most classes begin with centering or meditation. We appreciate your help in maintaining a peaceful environment for all.
What are your prices?
One of our core values is making yoga accessible and affordable. Yoga and Pilates classes are just $10 each. To help us reduce processing fees, we appreciate when you purchase two or more classes at a time.
Our unlimited monthly membership is $85 and includes all yoga and Pilates classes. You may also try our one-week introductory membership for only $25.
