Which Class Is Right for You?

Most classes are beginner-friendly; the best fit simply depends on your mobility, comfort with movement, and personal goals. Let the categories below point you to the right class, and remember: pause when you need to, ask for guidance, and always honor your body.

Learn Yoga Poses

Beginner Yoga
Saturday, 11:45am–12:45pm | Teacher: Nancy
You’ll explore safe alignment in foundational yoga poses, discover how to change poses to match your body and how to incorporate props to make each pose accessible in flow classes. You will learn to engage the bandhas—subtle muscle contractions that stabilize the spine, protect joints, build heat, and guide energy. The session blends clear discussion with guided practice so you leave confident and ready to apply these skills on your mat. Be prepared to sweat in a safe environment where you are empowered to ask questions and talk about what does and does not feel accessible. This is taught workshop style so that you learn how to find the poses.

Gentle & Supportive Movement

Ideal for those easing into yoga, recovering from injury, or managing limited mobility. These classes focus on breath, therapeutic movement, and relaxation, with the use of props or chairs to ensure accessibility and comfort. Very Beginner Friendly.

Easy Does It
Mondays, 9:00–10:00am | Thursdays, 10:30–11:30am | Teacher: Nancy
A gentle class with breathwork, light movement, and balance practice. Perfect for those new to movement or seeking a slow, steady pace.

Restorative Yoga
Mondays, 7:45–8:45pm | Teacher: Jennifer
A restful practice using props to support long, passive stretches that encourage deep relaxation and healing.

Flexibility & Release

Great for students looking to increase flexibility, improve range of motion, and release tension. These classes emphasize stretching, joint mobility, and breath awareness. Props are used to support the body in each pose. Come as you are—these sessions are designed to help you build flexibility, not require it. These classes are very beginner friendly. You hold poses for longer than in the Gentle & Supportive Movement Classes.

Deep Stretch
Sundays, 6:00–7:00pm with Selina
Stretch deeply and unwind through supported poses designed to ease both body and mind.

Yin Yoga
Mondays, 10:30–11:30am with Nancy | Wednesdays, 7:45–8:45pm with Jennifer
Hold stretch poses for several minutes to target deep connective tissue. This meditative class uses breath and stillness to promote release and calm.

Gentle Flowing Movement

Expect gentle, breath-led sequences that steadily build strength, balance, and flexibility, with plenty of options to pause, adjust, or use props so the practice meets you where you are. If you can move from hands-and-knees to standing—perhaps with the help of a prop—you’ll be at home here. Very Beginner Friendly.

Gentle Flow and Stretch
Wednesdays, 9:00–10:00am with Stephanie | Thursdays, 6:15–7:15pm with Selina
Unwind with gentle, flowing sequences and supported stretches. Breathwork and slow transitions help reduce stress and tension.

Bliss
Saturdays, 10:00–11:15am with Sara
A soothing, restorative class that begins with mindfulness and moves through gentle sequencing and deep stretches, set to calming music.

Foundational Strength & Stability

For beginners and more experienced yogis who can comfortably sit, kneel, and rise from the mat and want to build strength, balance, and flexibility while learning proper alignment and breath. These classes offer a slower pace and supportive instruction to help you build a strong base.

Slow Flow
Mondays, 6:30–7:30pm with Laxmi | Fridays, 9:00–10:00am with Barb
Move through foundational poses with breath and control. Great for developing strength and body awareness at your own pace.

Stability, Strength, and Stamina

Best for active beginners and more experienced yogis who already have a base of strength and can smoothly move up and down from the mat. Flow classes link breath to continuous movement that build full-body power, with modifications offered so you can honor your limits while staying engaged in dynamic movement.

Core Yoga and Balance
Tuesdays, 9:00-10:00am and 6:15–7:15pm with Stephanie
Poses and sequences are designed to help you access and understand your core to improve balance and stability while connecting the mind and body. After a brief stretch, we will strengthen the core (abs, back muscles, glutes) with repetitive movements and flow through balance poses to engage the core and find stability. Repetitive sequences are set to upbeat, motivating music.

Yoga Flow
Sundays, 9:00–10:00am with Jessica | Wednesdays, 6:30–7:30pm with Brian | Thursdays, 9:00–10:00am with Sara
Build strength, flexibility, and balance through breath-linked sequences. Energizing and supportive, this class offers a challenge with guidance.

Power and Endurance (Intermediate/Advanced Class)

Built for students who already have a steady yoga practice and solid core strength, these classes move quickly, weave in demanding transitions, and invite you to explore advanced poses. Come ready to work hard, sweat, and pace yourself—take breaks when you need them, and honor what your body can (and can’t) do today.

Warm Power Flow Saturdays, 8:30–9:30am with Sara
Flow through strong, full-body sequences in a toasty 85 °F studio. Expect powerful standing series, playful arm balances, upbeat music, and an energizing pace that builds both strength and stamina. Intermediate / Advanced.

We also offer private yoga sessions for those who want personal training before joining classes.
