What is Reiki?
A healing technique where a practitioner channels universal life force through gentle hand placements to encourage relaxation and support natural healing.
Reiki is a gentle, hands-on energy practice that anyone can use to nurture well-being. By resting or hovering the hands over the body’s key energy centers (chakras), you tap into universal life-force energy that calms the mind, soothes the nervous system, and invites the body’s own repair processes to switch on. You don’t need a particular belief system—Reiki transcends religion, echoing the simple healing touch taught by spiritual masters throughout history. Whether you want occasional sessions, tools to ease a loved one’s anxiety, or a full path to practitioner certification, Reiki offers a practical way to support your own healing and share that balance with the people you love.
Ways to Experience Reiki With Us
Private Reiki Sessions
One-on-one, 45-minute treatments with a practitioner. Experience relaxation and energetic clearing. $60
Reiki Training: Levels I – III
Our lineage follows Diane Stein’s open, non-traditional approach—no hidden symbols and no inflated fees. Before Level I you’ll complete our Introduction to Chakras workshop so you can understand the energy body you’ll be working with.
Training Path & Tuition
Introduction to Chakras — $20
Learn about the energy centers in the body and how the flow of energy within and between our chakras is related to emotional, physical, and mental health. Learn mind-body practices (breathwork and meditation) that can help facilitate the flow of energy. Learn about chakra frequencies and how they align with the color of gemstones and sound.
Reiki I — $40
You will be introduced to reiki and the chakra systems that go beyond the physical/etheric bodies. You will learn hand positions, receive an attunement, and practice reiki. Please take the Introduction to Chakras class before signing up for this class. Once you complete Reiki I, you can join our community Reiki Circles.
Reiki II — $40
You will learn three symbols that help to magnify energy, receive an attunement, and practice reiki. This class is open to all who completed Reiki I at Sweet Peace.
Reiki III — $50
You will learn two additional symbols, receive an attunement, and practice attuning others. This class is open to all who completed Reiki II at Sweet Peace. We encourage you to continue attending Reiki Circles after your final class.
Reiki Circles
Community gatherings where graduates give and receive treatments. Donation-based, welcoming space to deepen practice and self-healing
