    Charla Seif

I am an RYT-200 certified yoga instructor whose classes balance building strength and finding calm. My goal is to create a joyful and welcoming space where students are encouraged to move with intention, connect with their breath, and cultivate a kind and compassionate relationship with themselves, both on and off the mat.

I first came to yoga for the physical benefits but stayed for the peace, grounding, and resilience that I discovered through the practice after a life-changing car accident in 2007. That experience sparked a passion for health, wellness, and helping others build healthier, more fulfilling lives. I earned my first group exercise certification in Les Mills BodyPump in 2013 and have since expanded my expertise through certifications in Barre Above and Les Mills BodyBalance, along with my ACE Certified Personal Trainer credential. Throughout my own health and wellness journey, yoga continued to ground me. It complemented the intensity of my other training while deepening my connection to mind and breath. As my practice deepened, so did my passion for learning and guiding others on their own journeys. In May 2026, I completed my yoga teacher training with Sandy Raper.

In addition to teaching, I am a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach and National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach. I work with clients in both private and clinical settings who want to improve their health, feel more at home in their bodies, and build confidence through sustainable lifestyle changes. I believe meaningful, lasting change comes not from perfection but from small, consistent steps that align with each person’s unique goals, lifestyle, and values.

I am grateful to practice at Sweet Peace and feel honored to be part of its welcoming community.
