    Dana Rubick

With 12 years of yoga experience, I bring a heartfelt and mindful approach to teaching. I completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2015 through Ashtangasana Yoga School and my 300-hour certification through Asheville Yoga Center in 2022.

My teaching is rooted in creating a supportive space where students can deepen their mind-body awareness, cultivate presence, and reconnect with themselves. I have taught Yinyasa, Slow Flow, Gentle Yoga, but my heart truly lies in teaching Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra.

I love guiding students into mindful rest through gentle practices, guided meditation, and the power of stillness. My intention is to offer each student an opportunity to slow down, turn inward, and experience the profound benefits of being present in their bodies. I believe that rest is an essential part of our well-being and that sometimes the most meaningful practice is simply allowing ourselves to be.
