Gentle & Senior-Accessible Classes
If you’re newer to movement or prefer gentle, supportive classes, these options are a great fit. These classes are beginner-friendly and welcoming for older adults and anyone easing back into movement. Because they’re mat-based, you’ll need to be able to get down to the mat and back up (using a prop if needed). We use props and offer options throughout so you can build comfort and confidence at your own pace.
