This heart-centered workshop is designed to soften the bitter end of winter, gently nurturing the heart and nervous system. Through slow movement, self-holds, breathing practices, and warming foods, herbs, and rituals, you’ll restore circulation, release tension, and cultivate warmth and ease.

Favorite oil or lotion for abhyanga self massage => socks to put on after /old towel for excess oil
