Cacao Ceremony

  • Sweet Peace Yoga Studio 1 Main St Cramerton, NC, 28032 United States (map)

We are pleased to welcome Renee Prince, a renowned healer and traditional medicine woman. She has led cacao ceremonies across the United States and internationally (Scotland, Ireland, Peru, Costa Rica, Haiti, Acuador, and Bahamas). Cacao Ceremony is a heart-centered gathering rooted in traditional practice and guided inner work. In this ceremony, we will share ceremonial cacao in a focused cacao meditation, a practice that uses cacao as a gentle ally to support heart opening, presence, emotional clarity, and connection. Participants will be guided inward through breath, intention, and stillness, allowing the medicine of cacao to support insight, grounding, and embodied awareness. Drumming will accompany the journey, helping to anchor rhythm, deepen meditation, and support energetic movement, followed by time for integration and reflection. Participants will leave with handouts to support continued integration after the gathering. Individual healings will be available before and after the ceremony for those who wish to receive additional support. Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing, preferably light-colored or white, and to bring a journal, notebook, or art pad if they feel called to record insights, reflections, or creative expressions that arise during the ceremony. This ceremony will be held by traditional healer Renee Prince-Trusz, who brings decades of experience in ceremonial medicine and land-based healing traditions.

$33; 2 hours.
