Ashley offers the breathwork class the last Saturday of each month. Learn and practice breathing techniques that can bring you back to your center Space to Breathe is an invitation to slow down and reconnect through meditative breathwork, gentle movement, and stillness. Held on the last weekend of each month, each gathering creates space to reflect, reset, and meet yourself where you are. The session ends with singing bowls to support presence and integration. $20.
This offering will be a slow, grounding practice letting the power of your breath guide you to create harmony and balance between the mind and body.
